Born from fire, raised with love.

Taco Rodz started as a family dream — a place where the smoky aroma of open-flame grilling meets the warmth of a shared table. Our founders carried recipes from their grandmother's kitchen in Jalisco and built something that honors every step of the journey.

Today, we welcome you to 300 S West St — where every tortilla is hand-pressed, every salsa is made from scratch, and every visit feels like coming home to people who care about the food they serve.
